BRAND POSITIONING:


To eat dessert or sweet any occasion or reason is good enough. Especially youngsters don’t need any major reason for party or celebration, we took this insight to craft the new positioning “Celebrate Everyday”. Where one can visit and celebrate with tasty treats irrespective of what day or occasion it is. This also was intended to induce frequent visits thus generating more business


MARKETING STRATEGY:


Although, Café Chokolade’s flagship product Chokolade B was successful in the market, it’s other brands and offerings still needed to be highlighted. We created in-store branding ideas and had the outlet have images of their other favourite available products, their popular running items and posters of offers.

Since Café Chokolade primarily caters to the young crowd, mostly college students and the young working class, interns, etc. We created posters, print ads and a few outdoor ads to popularize the brand among the youngsters. We inculcated the flagship product, Chokolade B in the ad and other products too, by which the teens would get excited and would be tempted to visit the outlet.


THE RESULT:


Today Café Chokolade has a total of 100 outlets in 36 cities of India. They are all uniform looking outlets and the attractive looking Logo and colors are admired by all. The in-store branding helped a lot since it made the Café Chokolade outlet feel more young and attractive, many young customers were tempted and tried their available varieties. The creative strategy helped bring in a lot of happy customers and popularize the brand locally as well as regionally
